How long does it take to groom a dog?
Grooming time will depend on the size and breed of the dog as well as what kind of haircut they are getting. When booking an appointment it is important to keep in mind that your dog will likely be with us for 3-5 hours in total.

How much does grooming cost?
Grooming prices also depend on breed and size. Please call us for a price quote for your dog’s breed. Since mixed breeds vary in size and coat, we will have to see the dog in order to give you appropriate pricing.
Do you groom cats?
We do! Only certain groomers do cats, so make sure to call ahead to book an appointment.
Do I need to bring anything if you dog is getting groomed?
You do not need to bring anything but are more than welcome to do so. Feel free to bring your dog’s favorite blankie, toy or treat!
Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered to attend grooming?
No, your dog does not be to spayed or neutered to attend grooming but please let us know!
how often should I get my dog groomed?
You should bring your dog to get groomed every 5-7 weeks.
Can I bring my dog in for a haircut without a bath?
All dogs must be bathed before getting a haircut. Dirty or wet hair is hard on our equipment. Brushing a dirty coat can also damage the hair and be hard on the dog. Washing and drying with proper techniques is also a part of the de-shedding and brushing process. In order to get an even cut, we need to get the hair as straight as possible and this is done during the drying process.
If I can’t pick up my dog when the groom is finished. Can I leave him/her there? is there a fee?
Yes, your dog can stay without any extra charge. If your dog is here all day we will take it outside for pee breaks.
Our last pickup time is 6:45 pm. Please note, if pickup is after closing, there is a late pickup charge applicable.
when should my puppy have his/her first groom?
Puppy’s first groom should be as soon as possible after they have received their second round of vaccinations. We suggest that you bring your dog in for a bath the first time. This allows them to become accustomed to the noises, smells, bath and dryer. Getting your dog used to this at an early age will help grooming become a good experience for your dog.
